The design concept of your office space should tell a story about your corporate brand and culture to staff and visitors. Integrating your interior design concept and your corporate image reinforces your message to your associates and customers. |

Using a reference
library and Internet resources of the newest products, we prepare several preliminary interior
finish concepts and color palettes
for your review. With your input, we refine and finalize your
choices. This final specification includes selections for building materials
such as flooring, wall and window coverings, laminates, paints,
and wood finishes. Elevations and other design details that illustrate
elements of the design concept are included.
Employee safety
and material maintenance are evaluated. Sustainable products are
included as a part of your design initiative. Design/Build Construction Documents will be prepared. We respect your budget and project schedule.

Staff work areas will
be developed to support their work process. The Furniture
Plan includes the layout of all your furniture in AutoCAD,
existing or new. Open offices, private offices, files, storage,
conference and training rooms, greeting areas and all other areas
are shown on the plan. A detailed locator schedule is prepared,
budgets are developed, and furniture finishes are selected to
coordinate with the building finishes and design concept.

A Request for Proposal is prepared for your suppliers.
It includes detailed Furniture Specifications that outline specific
products or requirements. We evaluate their responses for price, discounts,
and value-added services and prepare a detailed RFP Analysis.
Because InteriorLOGIC Facility Planning is not an office furniture dealer, we are
free to analyze and recommend office furniture that truly
matches client
needs. Nor do we derive income from the products or services we recommend.
